Most items are dispatched within 3-5 working days and arrive within 2-3 weeks. Some items will be shipped separately and coming from different locations as our distribution partners are world wide. Once your item is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note: some of our items are shipped from overseas, and may take longer to arrive. Apparel such as shirts and beanies are made on demand and need additional time for printing and packing.

In case of a package damaged in shipment, send a picture of the damage and we will send out a replacement within 30 days of shipment.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, However if an item has not been shipped, we maybe able to cancel the order under certain circumstances.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective apparel items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
