Upside Down Under: A Week of Stranger Things

Aussie fans, brace yourselves. The gates are opening one last time, and Sydney is about to turn Upside Down. As the world counts down to the final season of Stranger Things, Sydney will be swept up in a week of supernatural sights, epic events, and Hawkins-inspired happenings.

Here’s how you can experience the strange occurrences for yourself:

25-26 November: Sydney Harbour enters the Upside Down

On 25 & 26 November, grab your bike, gather your besties, and watch as Sydney Harbour is swallowed by a haunting red glow, with an eerie projection lighting up the night sky as the Upside Down breaks through.

Where to watch: The spectacle will play on repeat from 8:30pm each night, taking over the night sky and visible from viewing points all around the Harbour.

The best view: Fans can head to the Northern Wharf at the Overseas Passenger Terminal (OPT) for front-row chills to the Upside Down.

Extra strange: On 26 November, the Harbour Bar at Squire’s Landing will transform into a Hawkins hotspot with themed photo moments and a special viewing deck for those stopping who are brave enough to get closer to the rift.

From 28 November: Stranger Things: The Experience returns to Luna Park Sydney

By popular demand, Stranger Things: The Experience is returning to Luna Park Sydney for one last run, just in time for the final season.

Returning with all the beloved elements that captivated Sydneysiders in its successful debut earlier this year, the iconic Crystal Palace at Luna Park will once again become an immersive gateway into the supernatural world of Stranger Things, infused with eerie mystery and vibrant 1980s nostalgia.
